Providers partnering with Wee Watch receive a lot of support, including home set-up, initial and ongoing training, provision of childcare equipment and assistance dealing with day-to-day challenges. Work from home, choose your hours and the families you want to care for.

Must reside in Guelph, Fergus, Mount Forest, Rockwood, or surrounding County of Wellington areas.
Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector screening for self and all residents in the home over the age of 19 years.
Willingness to obtain Standard First Aid & CPR training (if don't already have)
Proof of up-to-date Immunizations (TDAP, MMR, Varicella, Hep B)

A Home Visitor will visit your home to meet you. This is an opportunity for the Home Visitor to get to know you as well as to see your home and determine if it can accommodate children for childcare. It is also an opportunity for you to ask detailed questions about our expectations of our Providers.
Once the interview is completed, you will need to provide background references and criminal reference checks, there will be a safety inspection conducted and you will need to obtain your First aid and CPR training certificate.
