Book a review by a Screening and/or Hearing Officer:
- Online: ojpc.ca

The appeal process involves two steps:
- STEP 1: Request a Review by a Screening Officer: A vehicle owner may request an appeal of their Penalty Order by requesting a review with a Screening Officer, no later than 30 days after the penalty order was deemed served.
- STEP 2: Request a Review by a Hearing Officer: After the Screening Officer reviews the Penalty Order, a vehicle owner may appeal the decision of a Screening Officer by requesting a review with a Hearing Officer no later than 30 days after the Screening Officer has provided their decision. A Hearing Officer's decision is FINAL.

Documentation for Appeals
Submit all supporting documents at least 7 days before your scheduled review date. The vehicle's registered owner must provide credible evidence.
